AT&T Store

I came into the Greenbrier store on 7/10 to check on my Apple Watch and ended up getting a new phone and Apple Watch. The atmosphere with the staff was great. Nik and K were great, they were friendly and very helpful with assisting me get a new phone and knowledgeable about all of the products. I'm happy I decided to stop by. Very friendly staff.

Khari at the greenbrier location assisted me with my phone settings after being told that I needed a new SIM card by an associate at the cascade location with out even looking at my phone or looking at me for that matter. I had to leave out of my area and drive 15 minutes to another locations just to get some cutomer service. Thank you khari for showing empathy and great customer service.

Went into this store with a couple problems . They was all solved by the time I left . The store magnet I can’t remember his name but he’s the news one . He was very professional, he introduced himself very vibrant, educated and informing . He explained everything so well and helped me step by step answered all my 1000 question . The associate that opened my new account was great also still learning but in a positive way ! The vibe of the store was nice makes me want to go in more often to have they help if ever needed . I didn’t know about this store at all just was driven by and needed somethings r taken care of . Glad I stopped !!! I’ll be back Overall 10/10 Manger 10/10 Associate 8/10
